Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Scope and Order Shipping

Smartdeck provides delivery services for its mobile accessories, computer accessories, and peripherals to nearly all regions across India. Orders will be shipped within 24* hours after confirmation. We arrange shipments every day except Sundays and national holidays in India.

*This 24-hour shipping standard only applies to products in Smartdeck’s in-house inventory. For goods supplied by third-party vendors, the shipping time may be extended depending on the vendor’s inventory status and processing speed.

2. Shipping Costs

The shipping costs of your Smartdeck order are determined by the following factors:

  • The destination of the delivery (specified by the postal code)
  • The shipping method you select during checkout
  • The total weight and size of the items in your order (for example, large-sized peripherals such as mechanical keyboards, large-capacity laptop bags, or multi-piece accessory sets may lead to higher shipping fees)

To check the shipping cost applicable to each product: Enter your postal code on the corresponding product detail page. The total shipping cost for your entire order is the sum of the shipping fees of all chargeable products in the order. The order-level shipping fees will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart and again when you enter your shipping address during the checkout process.

3. Refund of Shipping Costs

In the case of order cancellation or product return, the shipping costs that have already been incurred (as shown at checkout) will not be refunded, no matter the reason for the cancellation or return.

4. Convenience Fees

Smartdeck reserves the right to modify the rules and calculation logic for imposing convenience fees on orders at any time without prior notification to customers.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time varies according to the delivery location and the characteristics of the ordered items (such as weight and fragility):

  • Major Regions (Covered by Well-Known Couriers): For areas served by reputable courier companies, the delivery will be completed within 3 to 4 business days after the order is shipped. Business days do not include Sundays and national holidays.
  • Heavy or Bulky Items: Orders containing items weighing more than 2 kilograms (such as large laptop cooling stands, multiple accessory bundles) or in large quantities may take 1 to 2 extra business days to be delivered.
  • Remote Regions: For areas not covered by premium couriers, the products will be shipped via India Post. The delivery time may range from 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the specific postal code and the efficiency of the local postal service.

Important Reminder About Tentative Delivery Dates

The delivery date shown when you place an order (including on the product detail page, shopping cart page, checkout page, order confirmation page, and in the order confirmation email) is tentative. This date may change after the order is shipped due to various logistical factors. Once the order is dispatched, the updated estimated delivery date will be available in the “Order Details” section under the “My Account” tab on the Smartdeck website or app—this section also allows you to track the real-time status of your shipment.

6. Responsibility for Delivery Delays

Smartdeck endeavors to deliver products within the above-mentioned estimated timeframes to ensure a satisfactory customer experience. However, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to unavoidable and unforeseen logistical difficulties beyond our control (such as severe weather conditions, regional transportation disruptions, or courier service delays). Smartdeck shall not be held liable for such delays and kindly asks for the understanding and cooperation of customers as we continuously strive to minimize the occurrence of such situations.

In the following circumstances:

  • The delivery takes much longer than the updated estimated time; or
  • The shipment cannot be traced for an extended period

Smartdeck reserves the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion and refund the total amount paid for the products (excluding non-refundable shipping costs) to your Smartdeck wallet.

7. Modification of Shipping Address

You may request to change the shipping address of your order only if:

  • The order is in “Confirmed” or “Pending” status; and
  • None of the items in the order have been shipped by Smartdeck.

Please note: If changing the shipping address leads to changes in applicable fees, taxes, or shipping costs (compared with the original address used when placing the order), Smartdeck reserves the right to reject the request for changing the shipping address.

8. Hidden Fees (Sales Tax, City Tax, Etc.)

Smartdeck is committed to providing transparent pricing. The final price you see at checkout is all-inclusive, covering the product cost, applicable sales tax (GST), city-specific taxes (if any), and other mandatory charges. You will not be required to pay any additional or hidden fees after placing the order.

9. International Shipping

At present, Smartdeck does not offer shipping services outside India. All orders can only be delivered within the territorial boundaries of India.

10. Package Tracking

Once your order is shipped, Smartdeck will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address. This email will include:

  • The name of the courier company responsible for delivering your package
  • The unique tracking number of your shipment

If you do not receive this email within 24 hours after confirming the order:

  1. Check the “Spam” or “Junk” folder of your email (emails from Smartdeck may be filtered into these folders).
  2. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be displayed in the courier company’s online system, as the courier needs to scan and process the package first. Please wait for this scanning process before trying to track the package.

11. Undeliverable Packages

Smartdeck’s delivery partners will make up to three delivery attempts (on consecutive business days) before returning the package to our warehouse. To avoid delivery delays or failed delivery attempts:

  • Provide a valid mobile phone number in your shipping address (this helps the courier contact you for delivery coordination).
  • Ensure that the shipping address is complete (including the building number, street name, and landmark) to facilitate accurate delivery.
